O11D-1 PCI-EXPRESS RISER x8?

So just wanteed see if anyone else has this and can help us out

brought the 011D-1 Pci-E Riser card for my Lian Li PC-O11 Case and since using it when i run GPU-z it only runs at x8 speeds?
says it does run at 4.0 since the slot is 4.0 and GPU can run at 4.0 but even if i put to Gen 3 still runs at x8 can't see anything in Bios about x8/x16 speeds?

I do have a 970 Nvme in the top Slot? if that makes a difference

i know its not the end of the world but still be nice run at x16? or can't this riser do x16 only x8?

Is that under load? PCIe speeds can be adaptive so often step down until needed.

It does look like the slots are all x16 lanes but still, which slot have you plugged the riser cable into?

yes underload playing EFT and the very top slot i even atm got it running at gen3 just incase
