O2/6230/MMS Problems

I've just been speaking to O2, really helpful and sent me the settings for MMS as i cant seem to send/recieve piccy messages....however i have the settings and still cant get it working.

Can anyone help, what do i have to do?

IIRC, when i was with o2 I had to get mms/gprs 'activated' on my account, it didnt cost anything.

Its not about cost - they have activated it but it still doesnt work, hence i need help to get it working.

You got the correct settings on your phone? To send MMS you need the sim card enabled, and the correct settings on the handset.

I dont know they sent some settings through which i saved, but of the 2 i was sent (one mms and one gprs) it seems only one set can be enabled at any time and neither seem to be working :confused:

It'll be the MMS ones that need to be activated in the MMS profile, GPRS ones in the wap profile.

What is actually happening when you try to send?

It sits in the outboxc and eventually fails.

I have more than 1 set of settings :confused:

found them - i seem to have found the mms settings...we'll see if it works
