Looks like only I can't access my own site.

Time for a credit card chargeback. (gave them 5 working days to explain and still no reply)

If you see:

Site Transfer in Progress. TCHAN4.COM

that means the site is working for you but not me.

I think the problem is the hosting company has blocked my IP from accessing their servers.
I've given them 5 days to give me an explanation but not heard anything.

PayPal dispute has been opened, if that doesn't work, I'll just do a chargeback.
