O2 Broadband issues

Hi guys,

After a period of relative stability I've started having internet issues again. This happened constantly this morning and has again begun to happen. Basically... I just lose all connectivity to every PC on my network.

But the O2 box remains connected - or at least, the activity lights indicate that there are no connection issues. Curiously when this is happening I cannot login to the web interface on the router - it just times out.

Usually after 3-4 minutes the internet access returns, along with the ability to log into the router again.

Sometimes I can go for hours without an issue. Sometimes I cannot go 5 minutes without it dropping.

Seems like a straightforward router fault to me - any ideas?s

Have you tried a hard reset of the router?, I think there is pin hole reset button on the o2 routers.
