I'm on O2 Standard, and the socket looks like this (although it looks a bit older):

All the sockets in the house look like that, and I'm plugging into the socket in the kitchen(the only one downstairs).

It's frustrating when questions don't get answered. I'm close to giving up here as I hate repeating myself

- DLM only on the O2Access package. On the Be/O2 network (the other O2 options and all Be packages) you can reboot or disconnect your modem whenever you like without concern over decreasing sync rates.
- Still haven't seen extended O2 box stats which Be/O2 users and techs will be familiar with even though you did try the provided modem.
- NFI what the dimensions of your master socket are or any others in your house to finally identify them.
- Unsure of the master socket internal wiring setup where extensions could be holding the speed back.
