o2 cancelled & they want the pos router back ?

Just cancelled my o2 broadband as im moving home, im out of contract, the retention guy said they send you a jiffy bag out and you have to post them any equipment you recieved from o2? is this true ? as i binned it long ago as i have my own router/modem.

Not sure about O2 but with Be the router is leased to you as part of your contract and has to be posted back when the contract ends. It's not a free router they just happen to give you.

Yeah, O2 and Be have the same policy, and if you don't return it they charge you £50 iirc.
