Wont ever happen I'm afraid. O2 are the exclusive carriers - at least for the forseeable future. As mentioned above the revenue-sharing agreement seems to suit both companies. Remember o2 and apple both have their fingers in many pies!

I was personally happy with my contract and just switched it over... some will say I'm a mug and I agree! But it suits me. Each to their own an' all that!

I have to say I've had a number of stressed moments with o2 - mainly due to the incompetence of their staff to keep files updated - but they've always sorted it in the end so they get the benefit of the doubt - for now anyway.
