O2 Contract Question

Hey all,
Just signed up to the Online 25 tariff at £20 a month, with the 200 Min bolt on so I get:

800 Mins
1000 Texts

However I am getting charged nearly £23 with VAT... is this normal? When they say £20 thats all I expect....

perfectly normal, my old £35 contract ended up being around 38 quid.

just renewed and now have for £20 per month

Well my £30 a month contract charges me £30, and has done for the last 3 years. You sure you didn't go for a business account, I assume it is vat that has been added?

won't be VAT as that would push it over £23, only thing I can think of it being is 2-3 days extra to make a convenient billing date.

It's normal. When i got my Simplicity deal 2 months ago i got charged £21.67 for first month, but thsi is normal as customer service cliam. Next month bill was fine. But you gotta remember they take one month in advance so remember

Are they charging you for paper billing? Some businesses do that.
