Anyone else had an O2 engineer come visit to set up their landline phone? Ive never heard of this before and i have to wait till the 19th of october for the privilege
I ordered home phone and broadband with O2 and after a month of back and forth with their customer service and 4 failed orders theyve finally come to the conclusion i dont have an active BT line, which i said from the beginning, it was with BT but they cancelled it a while back therefore i have no active line. O2 have been great as a mobile provider up until this screw up.
So why are they sending an engineer, what will he do? The line is physically fine as it was fine when BT had it, why is there a need for an engineer?
