O2 Free DVD Player - Broken

Was given a 7" Maxim DVD player free with my new p300 2/3 a few months back and it has broken.

Just wondering what the best course of action is. I would guess that they no longer have this offer on as these offers tend to change quickly.

Any thoughts / advice would be kindly appreciated. tia

Thats a good point. should have thought of that.

As it is a low value item they will probably refer me to the retailer (O2). Probably get bounced around between them.
