o2 Insurance question

Insurance question

My k750i is completely screwed up, the camera doesn't work and there is a big crack on the screen. Does anybody know if o2 send just the handset out or the complete package?

i would imagine it would be a retail box set that you would get. Also possible that you will get a refurb as a replacement, but with charger etc.

Well I'm hoping its a brand new retail box because my contract ends next week and I was hoping to flog it.

It will be brand new. Since the insurance covers accessories, its possible they would send you the complete package.
