My friend had to use his o2 insurance the other week and purchase/choose a replecment handset, while on the phone they said he could browse the avaliable hanset on-line.
Would anyone know what the website address is? My o2 XDA IIs has just been left with o2 shop to try and fix the loose keyboard, and they said if not insurance should be able to replace the handset, but I would have to contact the on-line team as thats who I'm subscribed with.
