O2 line faults

Over the last couple of months my O2 LLU connection keeps dropping out and I get texts from O2 telling me that I have a line fault that they're trying to fix. Ultimately they do manage to fix it but it keeps coming back.
What is a "line fault" and is it something I can get sorted out?

Give O2 a call and find out. It should all be logged on the account.

It might be your internal wiring if it's a recurring fault?
