O2 'My Allowance'

Lo all,

Anybody here having issues with the O2 'View my allowance'? On the O2 site it appears blank and when viewing on my phone via O2 Active it says 'This service is not available on my account.'

Bit annoying not being able to see how many texts etc I've used/have left.

It was working on Saturday and now appears to be borked again, wondering if its just me or O2 in general.

I just checked mine with the o2 website without any problems.

Not got that problem, but I was trying to view the 'simplicity' tariffs earlier with no success.

The page is finally loading now but it isn't half slow. The O2 site is a shambles at times.

Did you order your contract from a third party? It can take a few days before it starts working (It did for me)

Nah ordered from O2 direct.

I did port my number in a few days ago and it hasn't worked since!

Tried to view my bill and allowances, having the same problem.
