o2 online and cancelling?

im with an o2 online 12 month contract, in my 12th month now, and i want to cancel, but which numbers do i need to ring, i want to stay on o2 contract, but would like a new phone and a new deal, sort of thing i keep seeing people talking about when they cancel o2...so let me in on the secret.

Press 0 for other inquiries and then ask to cancel, they will take to you to the relevant department

What sort of usage were you on for your last contract? Im in my last month with o2 on a £30 per month contract but ive been spending more like £45 for the last 4-5 months. Am i likely to get a similar deal to what you got?

50- 60 a month, on what was an online 200 deal, for £30, 200mins and 500 texts, so maybe, i just told them if they want to keep me, its a k800 or nothing, so the guy gave it to me with a cracking deal for the same price as my current, this tarrif should be £50 but they are knocking £20 each month lol

Edit oh and this is a 12 month contract, same as my last

i must also mention, i did ring up with the intention of canceling, and at the time was interested in what deals they could offer me, but wasnt expecting much due to my luck being not so good....once i told them what i wanted and if i didnt get it i would be leaving, they gave it to me.
