After being on o2 pay and go for neally 6 years I have recently decided to move to a contract, as im spending about £20 and sometimes £30 a month on a 6030 handset)
I found out about student contracts and inparticularly the Orange 19 (£19 for 50 anytime minutes and 500 texts a month) Great I thought, i phoned o2 to see if they would match it as i have been with them for ages. They couldnt do anything and one guy from (i think) pakistan even told me that 'i cant do owt if yer number int showin up on the system' (good customer service there)
I rang them back and it was so he obviously didnt understand me as it was found by someone else!
Ive ordered the W810i online and am taking my number with me.
Dont get me wrong o2 has been good in the past but they have just lost what i feel is a valuable customer for the future because of their mongols on 'customer service'
I see the 810i has a 2mp camera, will this be anything like the canon A60 for night shots, if it is i wont get another digital cam (was thinking of getting a powershot A510/530) how many pics does it hold with 2mp settings?
