O2 PAYG help please

Hi just a little question about how i claim my 10% top-ups back i have received a MSG from o2 saying i have earned £5.50 but no details of how to claim it. Last time i claimed it back i phoned a number but cannot remember it and cant find any info on the o2 website about this number does anyone know it?

o2 give your free credit back ever 3 months but will tell you how much you have earnt back ever month - think you with have to wait till dec to get your money tho!

Thank you! it worked a treat seems like O2 forgot to send me details of how to claim and the number isn't on their website :confused:

anyways i phoned the number and got my top up bonus thanks again
