I phoned them up to ask for my pac code and the woman offered me this deal:

-18 month
-£20 a month
-750 mins xnet anytime
-750 texts
-Free k750i

I accepted it. I only spend an average of £25 a month, but ive been with them for 6 years. I didnt really think the operaters cared about length of time with them, but the woman made a big deal about not wanting to lose me! Fair enough I said!

See if you can push for a better deal, though £15 12 month contract is pretty good if ya dont plan to use it much.

i'll try for a few more mins, but im unsure over the phone?? There all sony's i want, the K610i, K800i, and the W900i. Dunno what to get??? I have the k750i now.

If they are offering the k800i then i would most definitely go for that one mate, i reckon that will be a killer phone especially with the 3.2mp camera that it has on it. Plus it looks nice as well...also dont discount the w900i...thats also a stonking phone as well.

Cant get the w900i on O2!

Push for more, last year they gave me 15 quid a month; 250 minutes xnet and 150 texts. People have gotten better deals too :) oh 12 month contract as well and free k750i

I got 12 month contract, W810i, 200 xnet anytime mins, 500 texts = £20.00 per month :)

I didn't push it tbh, it was the contract up from the one I was on for £5 les than I was already paying.

Ive just been on to o2 Customer services, retentions offered me 750 minutes and 400 tesxts for £20 a month to stay with them in march.
They didnt put the text mesages on, rang up customer services, who then spoke to retentions, and got me 750 mins, 750 texts for £20, and a £30 credit on my bill.
Bonus.
