o2 router help please!

hi guys, my internet was playing up the other day so I decided to check in the settings by going to the wireless box II homepage (http://192.168.1.254/) but it wouldn't let me in. I reset the router by inserting a pin into the hole at the back off the router for afew seconds until it restarted. Now I still can't seem to get into the homepage, can someone please remind me what the default settings were? I have tried everything (I think )

the usernames are

Administrator
SuperUser

they're both case sensitive. recently o2 rolled out a security upgrade changing the passwords to the serial number on the bottom of the box. but if you've reset your box, there's a chance you might have to use the old passwords. for Administrator it's blank and for SuperUser it's....

when logged on as SuperUser, i recommend creating your own user account with SuperUser privileges and a strong password.

It was actually the serial number underneath the damn box! Thank you very much for that mate, I can now access the router settings.

Now, ever since the problems started I have not been able to connect with 'some' friends in Street Fighter IV online whom previously I had no problem connecting too. What settings do I need to check and change in there in order to fix this?
