O2 Still have a 14 send the phone back guarente

Finally recieved my free upgrade off o2 today, a k610i after dhl had had it a week. 1st impresions are, this phone is carp. It seems a step back from my w800i. The o2 person on the phone clearly lied when he said it came with a memory card adaptor and head phones. It also annoys me that you can't leave the phone on and transfer files from a PC. So, do o2 still have this no questions asked send it back thing going on, I'll have to if I can swindle a different phone out of them if so!

When I got my W810i on upgrade the O2 customer services guy said I could return it within 14 days, so you should have no troubles...

yes i was offered the same. and i work in the mobile phone industry and know that all of our dealers offer the same
