O2 XDA mini S with Bluetooth headset ?

Can anybody tell me if the mini-s does voice dialling with a bluetooth headset ? . I want to be able to press the button on my headset and voice dial just like my Nokia 6230.

Tried asking the staff in a O2 shop , what a waste of time

i use voice dialling on my mda compact, equivalent model iirc. However i can't remember if this was native with the phone or is because I am using ms voice commander. I will see if i can find out

i've got the MDA vario which is the same as the xda mini s and voice calling works with my motorola hs850 bluetooth headset. my brother's got the xda mini s and i've just asked him and he said it works.
you just go to your phone book and record.
you can also record voice commands for programs to start them up but i've not tried this yet.

Does it allow you to just press the button on the headset & speak or do you have to press a button on the phone first ???

I just push the button on the headset wait for the beep and speak. My phone is an i-Mate K-Jam so the O2 firmware/software may stop this working but it works fine for. A godsend when I'm driving too, push the button near the gear stick and say who I want to phone.

Sounds like it works the same as my 6230 , press the button on the headset , wait for beep , say contacts name & it dials .

Time to order one from the O2 website.
