Nearly a year ago I bought a contract from o2 just for the phone. I have never used the sim card they sent me (I kept it safe). I have never made a call from my account.
A few weeks back I lost the sim card when I moved house. Now I rang o2 online and they found my account (by postcode and surname) and I was told that they had changed my address and they had stopped the sim card and I would be sent another one.
Today I received my bill through via email - my line rental is £19.99 and that is all it should be. The bill is £40.77!!!
I have tried to call o2 online but I have been passed from department to department. I am really not getting anywhere. I have asked for a manager and they have listened to what I have had to say (I havn't screamed at them just calmly explained my situation) and they have told me "We cant deal with this we will need to pass you to another team).
