I missed a call on Wednesday night, and ever since then o2 have sent me somewhere in the region of 50+ O2CallAlert text messages flagging the missed call. I called 1760 and the recorded message told me that O2CallAlert is now switched off, but the messages continue. I put my sim in another phone to see if it was my D600 playing up, but the messages continue.
Does anyone know any o2 contact numbers that will actually put me through to some technical bods -- and not the usual phone monkeys -- so I can get this sorted out? This is really starting to irritate my nipples!
