What a load of crap...

Trying to order myself an XDA Mini S...

Get through to the security bit - shows 3 out of the 4 bits needed - missing the security code box.

Done this on 2 machines now - 3 different browsers

Can't get the phone anytime soon now. :mad: Was hoping for saturday delivery.

Their website was totally fragged back when I went to order my W800 - It would time out and drop me part-way through so I gave up and called sales instead.

Guess that doesn't help much but you're definitely not the only one. My sister can't even log in to check the status of an order placed last week.

It was the same many months ago when I tried to order something. Can't believe they haven't fixed it yet. Surely they must be wondering why they are getting NO orders through from their website?!

Orders take a age thorugh O2 to get delivered , Imo there was never any chance of a sat delivery .O2 are cheap but also crap in other ways
 
O2.co.uk has been fairly messy for a long time, it's quite hit and miss whether I can check my bill or not. Even when I can the site looks terrible and is a bit of a mash of an old and new design.
 
I ordered a Mini-S from the website , got all the emails , order processing , through to warehouse for despatch.......

then......


"sorry we're out of stock , if you don't get it within a month you can have your money back "

Sent emails....

got auto-replies

sent more....

got "patronising ********* replies"

sent more....

"it's back in stock"

sent more.....

"its ready for dispatch"

sent more.....

"it's out of stock"

sent more....

it turned up.

wish I'd paid extra & got it over the counter.

last time i ordered from the website it was fine... although that was over a year ago. Bought 2 new contracts with phones from them online and both orders went without a hitch and the phones were delivered within 2 days!

Ive known others to not be so lucky tho. and they seem to be crap with upgrades... ive had a 12 month contract for over 18 months now yet they still want 150 quid to upgrade to an xda mini-s??? even tho i could get it on a new contract for 50 quid on the website? it makes no sense :confused:

I tend to upgrade to the most expensive phone i can get for free, sell it on and buy a nice new unbranded phone with the cash anyways :D

cant you just call them up and order by phone?
