Obd2 diag tool that allow customisation

I have a lexus & I want to change a setting for the windows, so when you hold down the unlock on the key fob it will lower the windows.

The techstream software can do this but I'd like to ask if anyone knows which diag tools like autel, topdon etc can do it?

Any recommendations?

No.im not interested in the subscription ones with an app that if the app stops working your obd is a brick.

Actual units most importantly with the ability to customise settings is what I'm asking about.

Ah yes, glad you brought that up. None of us here in this forum where we discuss nothing but cars thought of this and discussed it already.

Show me where obviously someone mentions the ability to customise the settings of the car with the diag tool? I dont care which is best at resetting things or testing things, I just want to read & delete codes & make the settings adjustments, which of the units can do that because they dont seem to spell out if they do or not, apart from Carista which is a subscription thing I dont want.

the problem is your looking for something that does more than normal people want , most folk want to read codes and be pointed in a direction to repair them ,then clear codes.
you want to be able to alter vehicle parameters, more akin to dealer tools. may i suggest possibly a version of tech stream for toyota/lexus of which there are many on a online auction site.
you will however have to suppy a suitable laptop, and ask the seller relevant questions.
the equipment you mention in your original post will not do all that you require, i have launch and some parameters can be changed but not what you are looking at and not without spending quite a lot more. also autel/topdon/launch are all sub based so to keep updated will cost.
techstream can be picked up cheap,best start there.
