Which one do you use and why? - I use Objectdock as it has more themes and can be more easily customized. It is also used by more people and get's more support and updated more frequently. Btw, I would put a poll in this, but I'm not sure how to.

i did use objectdock but then it gave me issues and was a bit buggy,but now im on windows 7 you dont need it as yu can pin to task bar which i think is much more clutter free

Objectdock, found it easier to get things running how I wanted.
