do u mean mods there are no officail add ons yet ..... well at least to the best of my knowledge

most of the mod u can pick up free if u look around

Bought the Wizards Tower which is cool and has some nice things in it (such as all the plants in an arboretum), but end of the day its just another (nice looking) storage box.
