Oblivion cheats ?

Anyone know how to cheat in oblivion and how to bring up the command console as its says every were to press ~ but it doesnt work.

Using the tilde key only works for US keyboards - on UK keyboards it's the "¬" key, directly above the Tab key. Same physical key, just different usage in the two countries.

pressing ~ is for the American layout of Keys on a Keyboard, try pressing ` (located to the left of the number 1 key)

As I recall when you press the key nothing appears other than a tiny little dash near the bottom of the screen so you don't notice it until you type something

and after you type something funny stuff happens. i used to know about 75% of the console commands for oblivion. i could do anything but change the weather and the time of day!
