Oblivion "enemies near by" all the time!

Just reloaded my save game, and got a bit further

I cant sleep anywhere, i cant fast track anymore

keeps saying "enemies near by" this must be a bug

any one else had this problem and fixed it?

I get it a lot of the time but with guards in pursuit. You'll either need to run really far, like the other end of the map.

I was able to sleep with it though.

first time i got it, that i cant do anything, yes ive had it beffore, but i killed them, this time there isnt anyone!

Im a level 15 charactor ready to sleep to goto 16 !
