Oblivion HDR+AA with an 8800 GTS?

Ok, whyyyy won't it allow me to enable them both? I am using an 8800 GTS, with 97.92's but won't play ball. I am trying to do it via in game, but won't do it. It is saying that "HDR and AA can't be enabled at the same time" :mad:

any suggestions anyone?

Never mind. It seems you need to force it on the NV control panel

didnt this get fixed in a patch? i remember Nvdia 7 series cards couldnt do it when it was first released, only ATI X1xxxx cards.

You mean an Oblivion patched? mine is the bog standard version, cause I only just installed it.

I think it did, although im not 100%, gamespot said it. Because ive only just got it aswell

think you have to do it within your nvidia control pannel. the game won't recognize hdr + aa within its own option menu despite the patch.

Yep, forcing it works. I am not sure if you have to force it via the Global Settings or if you can do it via the "programs" options in the control panel yet though.
