oblivion help

hi all,

Rather annoyed right now as I've loaded oblivion up and the horse you get from the assassin's guild has disappeared with an absolute **** load of stuff inside him. Checked my stats and its says i own 0 horses.

Not a problem I think as I can just load up a slightly earlier save game where I know the horse is with me.

It turns out that my little brother thought it would be wise to delete all my old save games.

My question is "is there anyway i can restore them or am i stuffed?"

have you tried to fast travel to the place you got the horse from?

some times the horse will start walking back to the place you got it from.

or you could try a uninstaller prog to find the file.

Often Shadowmere just randomly walked off. I forget where he walks back to but I don't think Shadowmere can disappear/be killed.

If he is nowhere to be found, fast travel to the original dungeon/fort where you got him, he will be standing there.
