Oblivion keyb controls question

I know you can assign different spells to the quick wheel, accessed with the number keys, and you have to press 'c' to cast- is there a way to just press the number to cast that assigned spell? So to cast two fireballs and two heals, I'd press 1,1,2,2 instead of 1,c,c,2,c,c?
