oblivion load time 360 issue

Hey guys, on my win mobile so forgive spelling mistakes if any. No net at the new house yet... Need to get that sorted!

Anyways, I am having HUGE issues with oblivion, the load times are over 10 mins, menu often locks the game for 5 mins and when moving around the world it sometimes doesn't load sounds straight away. Such as walking, will eventually load the area then no actions sounds for a min or two.

I have tried to play with the game uninstalled and installed. I have the gory edition. Any ideas anyone?

And yes, I have the 2 expansion packs installed from the second disk.

Anyone got any ideas?

I would update, but no internet...

I updated it less than a month ago so should be updated.

No other games suffer, disk is still like new, never been left out of the case. I think I will try uninstalling the expansions.

Oh, re my mistake, at least it was a funny one! Lol

Well, it worked wonders but also brought up a few other issues.

Understandably it reset all my auto saves, meaning if I went to play ME2 it loaded up the most random save (I create a separate save each time in RPG's... You never know when you need to back track!). Not an issue, just have to load up manually.

However, one game has now bugged out, I am on the last mission or 2 for RDR, wanted to complete it last night due to picking up undead nightmare, went to load my game... Has the save with the title "purely for scientific purpose" which is a mission, load it, and new game intro scene plays and stick me in the world as though it was my first time playing it! Tried everything...

My AC:B disk cracked as well... Just not having luck with the 360 at the moment. Sucks.

I can't send back my xbox for repair due to being out of warranty and also opening it up to sort out the cooling on it. The console sometimes locks as well...

Worth buying a slim and trading my one in?
