Oblivion mod - Martigen Monster Mod ( LARGE )

I haven't played this game since it was released, do any mods fix the horrible leveling system? That really broke the game for me and removed a lot of the fun. The texture mods look really nice though!

Where's the "optional plugin" folder? I can't find it, and apparantly I need to move certain files from it into the data folder in order to get them to work.

I didn't have it either , i just copied over the dirs into the meshes dir
