Oblivion not levelling up properly

Started again with a few mods, and when i level up and go to sleep, i wake up, it tells me im level 2, but i cant add any stats or anything

none of the mods i have have anything to do with levelling,most are for making it look better and stuff, anyone have any ideas why i cant add any stats??

have you tryed leveling to level 3?

Also what mods do you have?

Yea - it sounds like a mod is causing this. There is at least one mod which automatically raises the base stats as your experience increases, without your intervention.
