Oblivion on mobile?

Didn't know if to post this in mobiles but anyway.. Where can I buy TES Oblivion Mobile? (That's if it's out lol) I've looked everywhere but can't find anything that gives much info.

I thought I saw it advertised in one of my PS2 mags, so I imagine it's available over here. I can't find it right now though...
