Oblivion - Places to sell high level items?

I have a level 23 character and consequently keep meeting (and beating up) people in glass and daedric armour and similar weapons...

Where can you sell it though?

I've been to several different shops and the highest amount that people buy stuff off you is 1200....some of the weapons and armour I'm collectiong is worth 5000+...where are the shops with high gold levels?

Ah yes, but it depends on your bartering skill. For example I can sell goods at (for easy maths) 50% of the value, so for a silver longsword, if it's worth 250 gold I can sell it for 125.

It's the same with the high level stuff like daedric warhammers...it's worth 4000 so I could sell it for 2000...but the shops I've found won't go above 1200...are there not any other shops that have more gold than that for one transaction?

Ahhhhh I see...so you can invest in shops to get more god for your items but have to have a high mercantile to do it...it doesn't tell you that in the manual!
