Oblivion Problem

I've installed

DLCFrostcrag
DLCHorseArmor
DLCMehrunesRazor
DLCOrrery
DLCSpellTomes
DLCTheivesDen
DLCKnights
Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul (The Full one, Plus the 1.31 patch)
Oblivion is updated to 1.1

I have nothing else installed, So it must be one of the above causing the problem, But basically, I'm in the tunnels at the beginning, where you choose birth signs, etc. And any very easy locked chest won't open, it just blinks purple when I click on it, I have plenty of lockpicks, So i'm confused.

Anyone else experienced this?

That's lock bash.

If you go to pick a lock stood up, it will go into bash. You belt it with your weapon til it opens, but it won't because you won't have the strength yet.

Approach the chest crouching and try to open it, and it will go to lockpick as usual.
