Oblivion problem

Okay i have oblivion game of the year installed and i just swapped it in gamestation, i still have it installed but cant uninstall it because it needs the disc to do that, so im kinda stuck i just want it off my hdd.

Nope it keeps saying that i need the original disc to uninstall which is kinda weird

Gears of war as my gf's got oblivion for the 360 anyway but not g.o.w and gow on pc looks better
