Oblivion Question

Go out of the Imperial City towards the stables but don't go down the long bridge towards the farm or whatever it's called. Follow the City walls left and in amongst the ramparts is a guy (called Sam I think) dressed in a black robe. He'll sell you them.

You can do the Dedric quest to get the Skeleton Key, this is simply an infinite lockpick.

LOCATION: Start in Leyawiin. Leave by the North East gate and follow the
road north. You'll pass the Ayleid citadel of Veyond, Blanken March and find
a dirt path on your right leading to the Shrine.

Heres a tip: If you can't afford an item, do NOT kill the shopkeeper.

I did and he was dead for my whole game and I couldn't buy anything from that shop (and it was an important shop).

I really should get back into playing this, I keep going through spurts of playing it, loving it then playing something else. My attention span is shocking at times :(.

I'm the same, completed nearly every faction side quest, except mages and was on my way to finishing the main chain and just stopped playing.
