i am saying in jest tbh, i'm already aware of this project and it's a long way from becoming reality..

it roots was way back in 2014 and real development in 2016 and it's still wip and not available yet..

Interesting given your recent Oblivion playthrough.
Have you played both Morrowind & Skyrim before?
Like so many other big mod projects
Has been in development forever, will be in development forever, if it ever gets released it'll be so far behind the curve it'll feel massively dated anyway.
Black Mesa is a classic - in 2005 a remake of a 1998 game on a 2004 engine seemed brilliant. In 2020 when it was finally released as a complete project, the 2004 engine it uses feels dated now anyway, it's a 22 year old game on a 16 year old game engine.
Can't help feeling this will be the same. A 2006 game ported to a 2011 engine, project started in 2012, probably get released in 2025/6 at best and it'll be a 15 year old game in a 10 year old engine by then.

Pretty sure you'll like Skyrim then if you enjoyed Oblivion.
Shame you missed out on Morrowind, I still think that was the best one, little hard to go back to that without all the overhaul mods if your entry point to the series was later.

i have heard Morrowind was very good
I'm sure I've seen a couple of YT videos, i don't recall ever playing it though
i will buy Skyrim at some point, just having a break from it at the moment
