Oblivion Soultrap question

Right I've got loads of empty soulgems. If I use a soultrap spell is there any way to charge a specific soulgem in my possession?

No. The soul just goes to the smallest Soul gem it can in your inventory. If you have only a grand soul gem with u, then kill a mouse with the Umbra, well, too bad

have a look around for mods to fix this. it's one of the more annoying features of Oblivion.
if you find a good mod to fix it post the link in my Oblivion mods topic
