Oblivion - Stolen Painting Quest - *SPOILERS*

I'm stuck on a quest in Chorral Castle to find a stolen painting. I've spoken to everyone and found the other painting in the tower but then I've got no further clues to investigate.

What am I missing?

Not sure whether you've found this one, but the last clue I found was in the dining area off the main hall of the castle. There are some paint marks or footprints on the carpet. Look at them and you should get a message saying you've got enough clues to make an accusation.

There are three clues that you require to make an accusation.

1. The stolen painting.
2. Footprints of paint in the dining room.
3. Paint equipment inside *somebody's* room.

Then you can accuse said person.
