Oblivion - Will o the wisp

Hey peeps i need some help, as much as i want to skim over 74 pages on the Official Oblivion thread.....well i dont.

I currently stuck on one of the missions.

Apparently i've got to collect some Will o the wisp (Think thats hows its spelt) so i can give it to this shrine. However apparently i need to be 'Level 2' to take this quest.

What the hell does that mean, be level 2 in what?

Any help would be great.

As in not level one

Well according to my stats i'm level 4.

I go up to the glowing stuff but i can pick them up (i.e there is no hand graphic)

Comon someone has to have a suggestion. Why would it say i need to be level 2 when i'm already level 4. Why would i not be able to pick up that wisp stuff?

Saps your Willpower so get a visit in, to go to the shrine after as well

With a enchanted weapon (for sure). Maybe silver, im not sure.

LOL!!!!

You can also use magic to kill it if you don't have enchanted weapons.

I killed one with a plain old sword, was a daedric (correct spelling?) longsword but it wasnt enchanted.

Daedric hardly qualifies as "plain old"! Weapons must be enchanted (it doesn't matter if the enchantment has run out), silver or daedric. The glow dust will be on the corpse.

M
