OC a Q6600 on a P35-DS3L

As title really just want some advice on best ways to get more out of her, i have

Zalman CNPS8000 CPU cooler on
OCZ Gold Edition 2GB DDR2

not really sure on what sort of volts etc to get it up to sort of 3.2.

clocked my Q6600 to 3.2 at standard volts prime stable on a Asus P5K P35 no probs and popped a Q6700 in 3 months ago on same board again at stock got it to 3.4 before windows wouldn't boot using this cooler http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-017-AR idle 35 and load 55
