OC bundle problems

However i have had 5 pc crashes/freeze/hangs since installing the components along with my new 5970

two crashed happened during internet browsing and 3 happened in games,

confused about what to do

any help cheers

6 crashes in two days now

the gfx card temps are ok, the cpu goes at 80c max when prime95 is running, the crashes sometimes occur when its at around the 40c mark though

quite frustrating since it was an extra £70 for the items part of the overclock bundle

I have a 950w corsair psu

windows 7 and onboard mb sound
the offical ram spec say 9 9 9 24 , mine are on 28

its at 1500mhz i think, and the cpu supports 1600 as far as i know

Also every time the crash occurs and i reboot and get into windows, from previous system when a crash occured due to a cpu/ram overclock an error message would appear saying shut down bla bla, blue screen etc etc this was amd though does it not happen with i7?

one never comes up at all at every crash, could this mean its not the cpu causing it?

just to ask another question

Using the corsair h50 cpu cooler it worked really well on my amd cpu however im reaching temps of about 80c on the 4ghz in prime 95 with the i7 930, other users with the h50 and 4ghz i7 930 are getting about 10degrees less than me:s
i have a push/pull fans on the radioator at the back of the pc, coolermaster haf 922 case, front intake,top exhaust, side top intake,side bottom exhaust
