Intel Core 2 DUO LGA775 E6300 1.86GHz Retail / Gigabyte 965P DS3 / 1GB GeIL PC2-6400C4 Dual Channel Kit - Bundle (BU-036-OK)

Was thinking of this one, mainly due to price constraints.
Whats an acceptable stable overclock speed for this bundle? (anyone tried it?)
Or would anyone advice a different mobo?

Thinking of slapping a X1900 XT in it as well. Are these good for overclocking too?

Most of the games i placy either favour nvidia or ati chipsets (no actual clear winner), so i'm not sure which to go for. But the X1900 seems to offer the best performance for price.

That is a great bundle there. You could always throw in an extra gb of ram at a later date.

The ds3's and e6300 's are know as a great combination. You should be able to hit 3ghz easy. Just dont forget an aftermarket cooler.

The x1900xt card are also great value at the moment.

I really wish i'd never posted......as now, i'm just gonna have to spend some money, and let my 8 year old son go without for xmas. :p
