OC Customer Services Xmas Holidays

Presumably, as the last thread was removed with no explanation this one will be too.
I have a thread in the CS section which is over a week old.
No response which is very unusual, have I done something wrong by purchasing from OC ?

If they are having issues then I have no issue with that.
The issue I have is that they cant tell me that themselves and just delete stuff with no explanation.
There is obviously someone watching and deleting, for what reason in this case is beyond me, why cant they tell me why ?

I'm not sure you or OC have understood.
I'm not discussing any others products.
I know this isn't the CS forum, I'm asking why they are not answering queries in their own CS section.
Where else can I ask these question as no one else can see my query in the CS forum apart from me.
I have been charged what I paid for but not received it, hence my query.
