OC delivery

Has anyone ever actually had a next day delivery from OC?
To date i never have and my latest purchase only says the order has been printed on the order status, not much hope of being here tomorrow if it hasn't been sent.
 
Yep on many occasions.
The items orderd still in stock, what time did you put the order through.

Best bet though is stick a note in the customer forum below.
 
almost every delivery has been next day, usually before midday, our office manager has told me to stop buying so much :)

you only see your own threads in the Cust Service forum.
 
I get all my orders next day from here.

Well, except for my last one, I ordered another i920, and it took 2 days to get here, even though I placed the order first thing in the morning.

It said on the order that it was going out next day, but on the DPD website it said it was 2 day delivery method...
 
All my previous orders have arrived the next day because I usually place my orders in the mornings and at the start of the week.

Currently waiting on my large order which I placed 4:30 Tuesday, guess I missed out on the deadline.. :o - heres hoping it arrives tomorrow :D
 
Usually I do yes (9 out of 10 times), although I placed an order yesterday at 16:02 (it actually says if you order before 16:30 you should receive it the next day) for some G.Skil Ripjaw and they have failed to get it to me for today (in the warehouse queue), which is really annoying actually, as I have a motherboard and cpu sitting here and no DDR3 memory.

I have a Phenom II 550BE just waiting for an unlocking and clocking (I hope), and the DFI board I'm using now won't be able to do it.
 
Yup, I've always had next-day delivery from OcUK. My overclocked bundle which I ordered 2 months ago arrived a few days late but that was a stock issue rather than a courier issue. Prompt reply from OcUK when queried via webnote. *thumbs up*
 
I ordered the Titan Nero yesterday at 12.45pm, however the order status is still showing as In warehouse Queue? Guessing its not gonna come today
 
I ordered some stuff 1pm on Tuesday. Arrived 12.00 Thursday(today).

Wasn't hugely pleased as i got confirmation from OCUK that it had been shipped the same day, yet my parcel was only trackable this morning so seems it was never sent to the delivery guys on time...

What i will say is that when i made a post in the support forum it was answered quickly and with a good response - kept me happy also by sending me a free copy of batman! lol

So good service as far as after sales complaints are concerned :)

Previous order arrived on time, so this is a one off so far
