OC from 3.4 to 4.0

Hello

I have started to educate ones self in what involved in OC a CPU. I have a MSI Gaming 7 MB,and used Command Centre to OC my CPU to 4.0 GHz with just one click .
Would this OC cause any real issues ?,I have read that my CPU can OC to 4.5 GHz .What IS the best was to monitor the temperature and stability of the CPU ? .And would you be happy running your CPU at this speed.

I have a Thermalright True Spirit 120 & a i5 4670K CPU 3.4GHz,a 200mm front fan,120mm rear,and two 120 top fans

Asus realbench (run the stress test) is the closest to real world use IMHO, use alongside CPU-Z to monitor temps.
